By accessing or using Axobon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of Service
You may use Axobon for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
AI Output Limitations
AXOBON uses artificial intelligence to provide budget insights, recommendations, and analysis. These outputs are advisory only and do not constitute professional engineering, financial, or legal advice. Users must independently verify all AI-generated information before making decisions.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within AXOBON. We do not sell, share, or use your project data for any purpose other than providing the Service. You may export all your data at any time.
Subscription & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after the subscription ends.
Founding Member Rate
Founding Member pricing is locked for the lifetime of your subscription, defined as the continuous period during which your subscription remains active without cancellation. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies.
Limitation of Liability
AXOBON is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
Data Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Each company's data is logically isolated.
Intellectual Property
Your project data remains yours. Axobon retains ownership of the platform, software, and all related intellectual property.
